This women’s circle is a warm, welcoming space to pause, reconnect, and explore your inner world alongside other thoughtful and open-hearted women. We gather in a comfortable room with soft lighting, an altar at the centre, and plenty of armchairs and sofas to settle into. There are always warm drinks, cakes or biscuits to share, creating a relaxed and homely atmosphere where people can arrive, breathe out, and feel at ease. Each gathering weaves together gentle meditation, meaningful conversation, shared learning, and simple creative activities. Some evenings include guided journeys or reflective practices, while others explore seasonal themes, spiritual ideas, or small craft activities that help bring insights into the physical world. At times we may learn together through discussion, storytelling, or exploring different traditions and perspectives. You do not need any previous experience with meditation or spiritual practice. The group is friendly, supportive, and non-judgemental. You are welcome exactly as you are, whether you feel curious, reflective, tired from a busy week, or simply in need of some peaceful company. The intention of the circle is to create a calm and thoughtful environment where women can slow down, feel grounded, and explore what matters to them. There is space for curiosity, creativity, laughter, and deeper reflection. Many women find that gathering in this way brings a sense of connection that is often missing from everyday life. Some evenings are quiet and contemplative, others more lively and creative. We might meditate, share tea and conversation, learn something new together, or make small symbolic objects that carry personal meaning. Over time the group develops its own rhythm and a gentle sense of community. Whether you are seeking a moment of peace in your week, a place to explore spirituality, or simply a circle of women to sit with and share with, you are very warmly welcome.
